Head of Growth

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead Nolan Interior into its next stage of DTC scale. You’ll be the architect and operator of our full-funnel growth engine—from paid ads to CRO to creative testing. This is not a “sit back and manage” role: you’ll still be hands on keyboard inside Meta Ads Manager every day, testing, optimizing, and scaling. At the same time, you’ll coach and grow a small but mighty team (creative strategists, CRO) into a disciplined, revenue-driving machine.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creative, and execution—turning strategy into speed, and speed into revenue. You’ll report directly to the founders and be measured on growth impact, contribution margin, and team execution velocity

In this role, you will:

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with Creative, Product, Ops, and Retention on launches, promos, and customer lifecycle strategies.

- Own Revenue Growth: Manage a 7-figure budget with contribution margin dollar methodology, delivering clear, actionable insights to the exec team.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day paid media budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize performance and ROI.

- Develop a deeper understanding of attribution across paid channels to guide broader budget allocation and channel strategies

- Build a Creative Engine: You're a wizard at coaching creative strategists to help feed you with banger ads

- Optimize the Funnel: You know your way around lander/cro testing and have experience with A/B testing

- Advance Attribution & Analytics: Implement incrementality testing, MMM, and advanced tracking tools to sharpen spend allocation.

- Deliver actionable insights to the exec team regarding channel performance, audience behavior, and ad efficacy to inform strategic decision-making.

We're looking for someone who:

- Knows how to operate as a CEO of their own domain while knowing how to communicate with stakeholders to drive results

- Has strong problem-solving skills to diagnose performance issues and implement actionable solutions.

- Has exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

- Has 7+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels

- Has 3+ years of management experience leading teams of paid media specialists or similar roles and develop exceptionally talented individuals

- Has successfully scaled 7-figure ad accounts while maintaining efficiency and growth

- Has a desire to innovate on existing methods and improve strategy

- Has deep understanding of non-paid channels (SEO, organic, referrals, etc.) is highly preferred

Approach to the role:

Owns outcomes — Accountable for revenue and profit. Makes the call, moves fast, fixes misses.

First principles operator — Reduces problems to fundamentals and picks the simplest plan that moves contribution margin now.

Data honest — Optimizes to contribution margin dollars, CAC payback in 90 days, AOV and conversion rate, with cash and inventory in view.

Experiment led — Every test has a clear hypothesis, success metric and stop rule. Losers stop quickly, winners scale decisively.

System builder — Turns wins into playbooks and dashboards with clear decision rules that raise team speed every week.

At Nolan Interior, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
